Mindful Meditation (1st Tuesday of each month, 7:00 to 8:00 PM)
Our monthly Tuesday evening meditations have returned! Each month Joann Hoblick, our Evening Meditation Coordinator, will guide you through a mindful meditation to relax, unwind, and re-center yourself. Joann has dedicated years to the study of holistic practices, encompassing both Eastern and Western philosophies.
During each meditation, your spiritual journey will be enriched and deepened as you are gently brought back to a sense of homeostasis, or that which is being centered.
You can be seated or lie down for the meditation. ***We suggest you bring a yoga mat or blanket for your comfort, especially if you wish to lie down.***
